MEET THE TEAM

John joined the Fordsell team in 2018 with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, most recently with numerous automotive Tier 1 suppliers. He brought to Fordsell many talents in people management, scheduling, team building, and Lean Manufacturing. Since joining Fordsell, he has applied these skills to streamline and standardize our operation, drive accountability, improve preventive maintenance, and improve profitability. John earned his BS in Business.

​Mike arrived at Fordsell in 2015 as an inspector in the Quality Department. He has assumed new and more complex responsibilities in both the Quality and Engineering functions. In 2017, he took on the responsibility to rewrite the company Quality Management System and lead Fordsell’s efforts to pass both customer and ISO audits. He has also helped lead our engineering and process standardization efforts across the machining function. Mike completed his Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and is pursuing his BAS in Industrial Technology and Management.

Jean began her Fordsell career in 1992 with accounting and auditing experience. Jean manages all of the Human Resources, payroll, accounting and insurance functions for Fordsell. Jean also serves as a vital member of the team to connect us to important tax and legal requirements. Jean earned her BS in Business.

Marcie joined the Fordsell team in 2017 with over 19 years of experience in customer service and purchasing. Marcie’s primary role is to manage customer interfaces including order entry,  interacting with customers for delivery, reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, raw material purchasing and initiating production schedules including Fordsell’s proprietary Kanban System. She works closely with all members of the team to provide a cohesive fulfillment solution for our customers. Marcie earned her BS in Business.

Since joining our team in 2017, Wade has been the driving force behind creating processes that are not only reliable and repeatable but built to exceed customer expectations. With deep expertise in modern tooling and smart chip management, he keeps our operations running efficiently, productively, and competitively. Wade’s focus on precision and innovation ensures every project meets the highest standards while pushing the limits of what’s possible.
