Capabilities

Centerless Grinding: Our subsupplier is an ISO/QS9000 certified house

Heat Treatment: We have specialists in case hardening, through hardening, and ferritic nitrocarburizing.

Plating/Surface Treatments: These include QS/ISO/NADCAP approved suppliers for zinc and nickel plating, clear and colored anodizing as well as hard coating.  We also work with special patented processes for plating.

ID/OD Grinding: This is critical for meeting the needs of the hydraulics industry.

Thermal Deburring: A proven economical methodology for burr removal on parts having numerous outside and inside intersecting surfaces.
